This Privacy Policy explains what information GLP-1 Bridge Helper collects, what it does not collect, and how information is handled on the GLP-1 Bridge Helper website and mobile application.

GLP-1 Bridge Helper is an independent educational and process-navigation service.

GLP-1 Bridge Helper is not Medicare, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, an insurance company, a health plan, a healthcare provider, a pharmacy, or a pharmaceutical manufacturer.

Third-party websites opened through links in the app or website have their own privacy policies. Once you leave GLP-1 Bridge Helper, the other website’s policy applies.

3. The Eligibility Check Is Designed To Be Anonymous

The eligibility self-check is designed to work without an account, name, email address, Medicare number, Social Security number, or other personal identifier.

The answers are used only during the current session to provide an immediate informational result. GLP-1 Bridge Helper does not intentionally save the individual answers or link them to a person’s identity.

The result is informational only. It does not determine Medicare eligibility, coverage, medical appropriateness, or approval.

“Based on the answers entered, you may be a candidate. Please discuss this with your doctor.”

That language is not a promise of eligibility or coverage.

4. Information We Do Not Ask You To Provide

The eligibility check does not require you to provide:

• Your Medicare number
• Your Social Security number
• Your insurance member number
• Your medical records
• Your prescription account password
• Your bank-account information
• Your credit-card number

Please do not enter or submit this information into the eligibility check, support messages, or other free-text areas.

5. Journey Progress

The app may remember which of the eight educational steps you marked complete. If enabled, this progress is stored locally on the device so the Journey can display your progress.

Journey completion status is not intended to contain medical information. It is not uploaded to GLP-1 Bridge Helper and is not connected to an account in the current version.

You may reset the local Journey progress using the reset control in the app, if available. Deleting the app may also remove locally stored progress, subject to the device’s operating-system behavior.

6. Technical Information

Like most websites and mobile applications, the services used to operate GLP-1 Bridge Helper may process limited technical information, such as:

• Device type and operating system
• Browser or app version
• IP address
• Approximate time of access
• Crash, performance, and security information
• Basic information needed to deliver the website or application

This information may be processed by hosting, security, app-distribution, or technology providers that help operate the service. We do not intentionally use technical information to identify a person from eligibility answers.

Service providers may process limited information necessary to perform those services. They are not authorized to use eligibility answers for their own advertising profiles on our behalf.

Before a future feature sends eligibility information to a service provider, the feature and this Privacy Policy will be reviewed and updated.

10. Payments

The current anonymous eligibility check does not require payment information.

If access to a future version of the mobile application is purchased through Apple’s App Store, Apple processes the payment and purchase transaction under Apple’s terms and privacy policy. GLP-1 Bridge Helper does not need to receive or store the user’s complete payment-card number.

If the website later offers paid access through a third-party payment processor, that processor’s handling of payment information will be governed by its own privacy policy and the applicable checkout disclosures.

Payment or purchase information will not be used to store or identify eligibility answers unless the user is clearly informed and provides any consent required by law.

11. Email And Support Communications

If you voluntarily contact GLP-1 Bridge Helper, we may receive the email address and information included in that message. We use it to respond to the request, provide support, or handle a business or legal issue.

Please do not include Medicare numbers, Social Security numbers, medical records, passwords, or other highly sensitive information in an email or support request.

We do not require an email address to use the anonymous eligibility check.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures appropriate to the information handled by the service.

No website, application, device, internet transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. The primary privacy protection for the eligibility check is data minimization: the app is designed not to retain the individual answers or require identifying information.

• Decline to provide optional information
• Avoid entering sensitive identifiers or medical records
• Reset local Journey progress when the reset control is available

• Stop using the website or delete the mobile application

If you voluntarily contact us by email, you may ask us to correct or delete information contained in that communication, subject to legal and operational requirements.

16. Children’s Privacy

GLP-1 Bridge Helper is intended for adults navigating Medicare-related medication access. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly request personal information from children under 13.

The service may link to Medicare.gov, CMS, insurance-plan websites, pharmacy websites, pharmaceutical-program websites, healthcare-provider websites, or other external resources.
